  Vanessa Solomon has been our go-to agent for the last 5 years. She has helped us package together multiple international friend group meetups and fabulous girls-holidays within Europe, Asia, North Africa and the South Pacific. She has seen us cruising, small group touring, self-guided adventuring, and chillaxing in a hammock with a cocktail or two! Ness has coordinated flights from different base cities and countries for us to meet up overseas, fitting around our hectic work schedules. It’s always fun catching up with her over a coffee to dream up our ideal itineraries, with a touch of exploring, a touch of luxury, and a load of foodie and cultural adventures. She gives it the personalised touch. After getting to know our personalities and preferences she’s frequently suggested tailored activities, day trips and boutique accommodation for a custom-fit holiday. We have loved every minute of our travels!

  I've been using Alan Reis as my sole travel agent for over a decade and a half, and he and his team have been extraordinary. In the age of internet 'bucket shops' having a professional who learns a client's requirements and quirks is a marvellous breath of fresh air. Reis & James (and its predecessors that Alan Reis was engaged with) have *never* let me down, and have dealt with my unexpected rerouting and changes while overseas without missing a step.
