I selected this venue after reading reviews and skill sets of therapists. The therapist I selected was unavailable at an alternative practice so I booked with ACT remedial. I have attended 5 sessions with the therapist working to improve my body, mixing in exercise and Chiropractor. I turned up to my 2 hour appointment today to find they had booked me with a new therapist, "what area would you like me to focus on" I left as the therapist I had been seeing and booked with was unavailable. I was refunded but now am left without my progress. Very disappointed. I was offered to rebook, but when you gave left work early, cleared a 2 hour window, this is not the service that should be offered. Not any of thereapists fault, but you don't want to change therapists when you are progressing with treatment. I hate leaving a negative review for an independent business but this one is justified. - Caitlin yourMatelin Added January 17, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★This place is my absolute go-to in Canberra, I can always count on Anne or Caleb to crack my poor WFH posture back into place ♥️ They've "literally" saved my back a number of times after a few Covid lockdowns!!

This was the best remedial massage that I have had for years, even though she got in deep, it was a very caring and considerate massage. I had no problems booking myself in for a follow up appointment. Do yourself a favor and give Nikky a try.
